2011-2012 Rates

Economy Season (Open-Dec 15, Mar 25-Close):	$195/night (2 night minimum)
Value Season (Jan 3-Feb 7, Mar 4-24):	$245/night (2 night minimum)
Peak Season (Feb 8-Mar 3):	$295/night (4 night minimum)
Holiday Season (Dec 16-Jan 2):	$395/night (4 night minimum)
Summer 2011 (Close-Open):	$180/night (2 night minimum)

Notes:

• Prices include cleaning fees and taxes.
• Bid on vacant nights within 14 days of arrival.
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
• Check-in time is 4pm, Check out time is 10am.

Cleaning Services:

• Cleaning service upon departure is included in the price. There is no daily cleaning service.
• Mid-week cleaning available for $75 (change the towels, make the beds, general light cleaning).
• Abuse or damage beyond normal use that requires extra cleaning or replacement will be charged to the client.

Cancellation:

• More than 30 days before arrival: $50 cancellation fee
• More than 2 weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 2 weeks: No refund
